Download the salary guide

This is the Data Center Headhunters salary guide.

Full guide, one role family, or an Excel export. Work email only. The pay pages stay free.

This is what we do all day: recruit data center professionals.

What you get

  • Every mapped role with BLS percentiles, national and target metros
  • A family edition with just the roles in one family, for example commissioning
  • The mapping and caveats, role by role

Step 1 of 2

Job seekers: use the jobs page. Free email addresses are not accepted here.

What can you download, and in which formats?

You can download the full guide, a family edition with only the roles in one family, or an Excel export. Formatted downloads come as PDF, with HTML and Excel options offered once the file is ready. Each edition carries the same role mappings and caveats shown on the public pages.

The family edition suits teams that hire within one discipline, such as commissioning, and want a shorter reference to share internally.

The Excel export suits analysts who want to sort, filter or combine the published figures with their own data.

Why does a download ask for a work email when the pages are free?

The pages and on screen results stay public. A work email is requested only for the formatted file, and free email addresses are not accepted, because the download is meant for employers planning hires. Job seekers are directed to the jobs page instead, which is built for candidates.

The form asks for a role so the file can be relevant, a phone number and consent to be contacted about the request. You can also opt in to hear when a new federal release is published.

Nothing about the download changes the data. The file shows what the public pages show, in a format easier to share.

What happens after the file is ready?

Your download links appear on screen. Below them, one optional question asks whether you are hiring for this role in the next 90 days, with yes, planning and no as answers. You can ignore it. Whatever you answer, or if you skip it, no automated email sequence starts.

Answering yes simply offers a link to book a call if you want to talk about the role.

If the file does not open, the HTML option shows the same content in your browser.

Who is the downloadable guide meant for?

It is meant for employers and hiring teams that want an offline reference to share in planning meetings, budget reviews or requisition approvals. The public pages already serve anyone who simply wants to look up a role, so the download exists for convenience and sharing rather than for access to different data.

Candidates looking for work are better served by the jobs page and the public role pages.

Questions

Why are free email addresses not accepted for the download?

The formatted guide is for employers planning hires. The public pages remain free for everyone.

Does downloading the guide mean you will call me?

The download does not trigger automated follow-up, whatever you answer. A senior member of our team may reach out personally about the role you named.

Is the downloaded data different from the website?

No. The file contains the same published figures, mappings and caveats as the public pages.
