Contact Data Center Headhunters

Data Center Headhunters recruits critical facilities, data center operations, construction and delivery, commissioning, power and cooling, and executive talent for colocation, hyperscale and enterprise sites. We research the market, contact working people and qualify a shortlist for your opening. No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire.

Data Center Headhunters is a recruiting agency for data center employers. If you are hiring, choose the hiring card and send us your open role. If you are looking for work, choose the job seeker card and join the talent network instead. Two other routes sit beside them: send a written job opening, or ask for a recruiting proposal before anything else.

This is what we do all day: recruit data center professionals.

No postings. No stacks of resumes. No chasing. You interview a short list.

No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire.

No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire.

We offer a candidate replacement guarantee on standard search agreements. The applicable period and exact terms are set out in the signed client recruiting agreement.

Which contact route should you choose?

Choose the hiring route if you have a data center seat to fill and want us to find candidates. Choose the job seeker route if you want a new role yourself. If you already have a written job description, use the job opening page. If you need terms on paper first, request a proposal.

Splitting the routes keeps each conversation useful. A hiring manager should not have to scroll past candidate questions, and an engineer looking for a move should not be asked for company billing details. Each route collects only what that type of visitor needs to share at the start.

If you are unsure, start with the hiring form. It asks for the role, the location and how urgent the need is, then a few contact details. You can add a job description or ask about terms later in the same conversation.

What happens after you send a hiring request?

Someone from our team reads the role, location and urgency you entered and contacts you to talk it through. That first call is about calibration: what the person will do, which systems and authority matter, the shift pattern and the pay range. Nothing is posted and no candidate is approached until the brief is agreed.

We do not attach a timing promise to that contact, because the right next step depends on the role. A confidential leadership search needs a different first conversation from a request about several technicians for a new site.

If you checked the confidential box, we treat your company name as private. We describe the role to candidates without naming you until you agree that we can.

What if you are looking for a job rather than hiring?

Use the job seeker card. It leads to our talent network page, which is separate from the employer forms so your details are never mixed into a hiring request. We contact people in the network when a role matches their background. We do not charge candidates anything, at any stage, for that service.

Employers pay our fees, so candidates never pay to be introduced. If someone asks you for money to represent you to an employer in our name, it is not us.

If you are a hiring manager who also wants to move, that is fine. Use the job seeker route for your own search and keep it separate from any role you send us as an employer.

Can you contact us without filling in a form?

Yes. The phone number and booking link in the page footer reach the same team as the forms. The form is simply the clearest way to share the role, location and urgency in one place, so the first conversation can start from facts rather than from a blank page.

Whichever way you reach us, we will ask the same core questions. Having the job title, the site location and the date you need someone in seat makes the call shorter and more practical.

We do not sell or share contact details with other firms. What you send is used to answer your request and to run any search you ask us to run.

Who will you actually speak with?

You speak with a member of our recruiting team who works only on data center roles. The person who calibrates your search stays involved as it runs, so you are not passed between a sales contact and a separate delivery team. If someone else joins the work, we tell you who and why.

Continuity matters in a small market. The recruiter who heard you explain the shift pattern, the switching authority and the reason the last hire left is the one best placed to describe the role honestly to candidates. Repeating that context to a new person every week wastes your time and weakens the search.

You should also know who is not involved. We do not hand your request to an outside call center or to another agency. Your details stay with the team handling your role, and candidates hear about it from people who understand the work.

If you would rather speak with someone senior before sharing a role, say so in the form notes or on the phone. We can arrange that conversation first.

What can you expect us to say no to?

We say no to work outside direct-hire data center recruiting. We do not supply contract labor, run outsourced recruiting programs or post roles on job boards for you. If your request fits one of those models better, we will tell you plainly on the first call and suggest the type of partner to look for.

Saying no early saves both sides time. A short honest answer is more useful to a busy hiring manager than a long sales process for a service that does not match the need.

Questions

Does contacting you commit me to paying a fee?

No. No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire. A conversation or a form submission creates no obligation.

How long until someone replies to my contact request?

We do not publish a reply time. A person reads each request and decides the right next step for that role.

Can you help if my last hire took a counteroffer?

Yes. Counteroffer risk is part of every qualification call, and we discuss it with you before any offer goes out.

Is there a guarantee if I hire through a contact request?

We offer a candidate replacement guarantee on standard search agreements. The applicable period and exact terms are set out in the signed client recruiting agreement.

What will you not do after I contact you?

We will not post your role publicly, share your details with other firms or approach candidates before the brief is agreed.

How a search runs

How does The Six-Step Search work?

Every search runs the same six steps. We agree the brief with you, map where the people work, find direct contact routes, reach out personally and repeatedly, then qualify each candidate live. You only see a short list of people who fit, with notes on each, and we stay with you through offer and start.

  1. 01

    Search Calibration

You get: A written brief you sign off on: scope, must-haves, pay band and who not to approach.

  2. 02

    Market Mapping

You get: A map of the companies and projects where your future hire is working today.

  3. 03

    Professional Contact Intelligence

You get: Verified direct contact routes to the people on that map, not job board replies.

  4. 04

    Persistent Personalized Outreach

You get: Repeated, role-specific outreach to people who are not looking, in your words.

  5. 05

    Live Candidate Qualification

You get: Each candidate is screened live against your brief before you hear their name.

  6. 06

    Candidate Intelligence and Process Support

You get: A short list with candidate briefs, then support through interviews, offer and start.

What should you know before you send a role?

What don't you do?

We do not post your job on boards, send stacks of unscreened resumes or charge an upfront fee. We do not approach candidates for your search before the brief is agreed with you.

Need this person?

No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire.

We offer a candidate replacement guarantee on standard search agreements. The applicable period and exact terms are set out in the signed client recruiting agreement.
