This website is operated by Royalty Talent LLC, doing business as Data Center Headhunters.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, role, location, how you heard about us, notes, and the page and campaign parameters attached to your visit. We also keep standard server logs.

How we use it

We use form details to respond to employer requests, to consider candidate profiles for searches, and to keep records of our business dealings. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We use service providers to store and deliver form data and to manage recruiting records. A candidate profile is not shared with an employer without the candidate's agreement.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us by contacting us through the contact page. We will act on requests as the law requires.

Cookies

The site uses a small signed cookie only to open the client overview after you submit a form. We do not run advertising trackers on the pages.

First-party conversion measurement

We record form views, first interaction, entry to the second form step, accepted employer submissions, and clicks on booking or call links in our own database. Events include an anonymous browser-session identifier, the page path and campaign attribution such as UTM parameters. We do not send these events to third-party trackers or include the contact fields from your form in analytics events.

The browser uses session storage for the anonymous session identifier and attribution so a visit can be measured across pages in the same tab. Your name, email, phone, company and search notes are not stored in browser storage. Employer requests marked as development tests and candidate submissions are excluded from employer conversion reporting.
